How do I get a client account?+
Your administrator creates a client profile and assigns the email you use with ChatGPT. Then select Log in and continue with that account.
Which cryptocurrencies are supported?+
Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and Tether (USDT). Quantities and transaction history are tracked separately for each asset.
Can I deposit or withdraw money?+
CoinLedger is a portfolio record-keeping tool.
Can other clients see my portfolio?+
Client access is restricted on the server to the profile assigned to the signed-in account. The administrator manages profiles and transaction records.
Are market prices always available?+
Market data comes from CoinGecko and is cached for five minutes. During a feed outage, the app shows the last known price with a stale label or shows market valuation as unavailable.
